Great value for natbus trips

Flixbus DK is a solid alternative to DSB for indenrigsrejser. I found a good deal for a natbus ticket. Entering the voucher at checkout was easy enough, but it's good to remember you can only use one per booking. The bus had a clean toilet, which is always a plus on longer journeys. Definitely recommend for budget-friendly travel.

Always reliable for travel

Does anyone else always check Flixbus DK first for intercity travel? I've used them so many times now, and they're consistently good value. I usually grab ekstra bagage since I travel with a lot of gear, and it's never been an issue. Their prices are almost always better than DSB, and definitely more comfortable than GoMore for longer journeys. My only minor gripe is that the panorama pladser can sometimes feel a bit cramped, but it's a small price to pay for the views. I'm always checking for new voucher codes before I book!

Consistent service as usual

This was my third time using FlixBus, this time for a trip from Aarhus to Aalborg. They're always reliable. The bus left on schedule, and I had my reserved seat. I like that I know what to expect – a clean bus, working Wi-Fi, and a straightforward journey. It's why I keep coming back for these shorter domestic routes, it just works for me every time.

Fantastic trip, will use again!

Oh my goodness, I just took the FlixBus from Copenhagen to Odense and it was wonderful! The bus was so clean and the seat was really comfy, I even got a panorama seat this time. The Wi-Fi was super fast and I got so much work done. Plus, it was so affordable, I was really surprised by the value. I'm definitely booking all my future trips with them, I already told my sister about it!

Great value for a first-timer

As a first-time user, I was looking for the cheapest way to get from Kastrup Lufthavn to the city. I found a great deal on a bus ticket with FlixBus. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the price was significantly lower than other options. I even got a small discount for signing up for their newsletter. The bus was clean, and while not luxurious, it served its purpose perfectly. It felt like good value for the money, definitely saved me some cash.

Decent value, few small issues

I took the bus from Copenhagen to Berlin. The price was great compared to flying or train, which I appreciated. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes, especially once we left Denmark. The seats were mostly comfortable, but I noticed my power outlet didn't work on the way back, which was a minor annoyance. Overall, it's a solid choice for budget travel, just be prepared for a few small hiccups.

Good for quick trips

I booked a bus from Copenhagen to Aarhus. It was on time and the Wi-Fi worked. The seat was okay. Got there without issues, can't complain for the price.

Smooth international journey

I decided to try FlixBus for a trip from Copenhagen to Hamburg. Booking online was simple enough, I used the app and it was easy to pick my comfort seat and add extra baggage. The bus arrived on time at the station and the driver checked tickets quickly. The journey itself was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was generally good, and I had a working power outlet for my phone. We even arrived about 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I had a question about changing my return ticket later, and customer service through their chat was helpful and resolved it without much fuss. A good experience overall for an international bus trip.

Can you use more than one discount code at a time? Got a student discount but also saw a newsletter one.

J June M. 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure it's only one per booking. Tried it once, didn't work.

Pretty standard for most places, afaik. Just pick the best one!

How much luggage can you actually bring? Just a carry-on or can I bring a proper suitcase too?

C Chris Reyes 2 months ago
You can definitely bring a suitcase. I usually have a big one under the bus and a small backpack with me inside. Check their site for exact dimensions, but it's pretty generous.

One big one and one hand luggage is the standard. If you have more, you gotta pay extra, I think.

Hey guys, planning a trip from CPH to Berlin next month. Is FlixBus generally reliable for international routes? Don't want to get stuck somewhere.

A Andre J. 2 months ago
Yeah, I've used them for CPH-Hamburg a couple of times. Always on time for me. No issues.

They're pretty decent. I mean, it's a bus, so sometimes traffic happens, but overall I've found them reliable. Way cheaper than flying if you're not in a rush.

Thinking of taking the bus from Aarhus to Aalborg. Is there usually Wi-Fi and power outlets on the buses? Need to get some work done.

S Sam V. 2 months ago
Yep, almost all of them have it. I've only been on one once that didn't, but that was ages ago.

Power outlets were a bit hit or miss for me sometimes, like some didn't work, but Wi-Fi was usually okay. Good enough for checking emails and stuff.

Is FlixBus generally cheaper than DSB for domestic routes like CPH to Odense? Trying to save some cash.

D Dana L. 3 months ago
Usually, yes. Especially if you book in advance. DSB can get expensive super fast.

Depends on the day and how far out you book, but FlixBus is almost always the budget option. You trade a bit of speed for savings sometimes.
